Aircraft Component Assembly

RAYYAN TECHS & AERO SOLUTIONS INC.’s services are structured to support both immediate revenue generation through aircraft component assembly and future expansion into higher-value certified repair services. In its initial phase of operations, the Company will focus on precision-driven assembly services, including aircraft component assembly such as rudders, ailerons, and flap track fairings, offered at an average rate of $450 per unit. In addition, the Company will provide structural bracket assembly using aerospace-grade metals at a rate of $250 per 100 units, as well as interior panel assembly utilizing composite materials at approximately $180 per unit. These services are designed to meet the needs of aerospace manufacturers and suppliers requiring reliable, high-quality sub-assemblies with consistent turnaround times.

Custom Prototype Assembly

To further support specialized client requirements, the Company will offer custom prototype assembly services billed at $80 per hour. This service will allow clients, including OEMs and tier-1 suppliers, to outsource small-batch or development-stage assembly projects that require flexibility, technical expertise, and precision. By combining standardized assembly services with custom prototype capabilities, the Company will ensure a diversified revenue stream while building long-term relationships with clients across different stages of the production lifecycle.

Structural & Composite Repair

Upon obtaining its Transport Canada Approved Maintenance Organization (AMO) certification in Phase 2, RAYYAN TECHS & AERO SOLUTIONS INC. will expand its service offering to include certified aircraft structural and composite repair services. Structural (sheet metal) repair services will be offered at approximately $120 per hour, while composite repair services - requiring specialized techniques such as layup and bonding - will be priced at approximately $140 per hour. These services will target commercial and regional aircraft operators, maintenance organizations, and leasing companies, with all repair work performed in compliance with Transport Canada regulations and certified by licensed Canadian Aircraft Maintenance Engineers. This phased service structure will enable the Company to transition from manufacturing-focused operations to a fully integrated aerospace service provider with both assembly and certified repair capabilities.
