RAYYAN TECHS & AERO SOLUTIONS INC. is a Canadian aerospace enterprise based in Ottawa, Ontario, which will operate a hybrid business model that combines aircraft component assembly with a clearly defined pathway toward certified aircraft structural and composite repair services. The Company is positioned to serve both Canadian and U.S. aerospace markets by delivering high-quality, cost-effective, and flexible solutions to manufacturers, airlines, maintenance providers, and leasing companies. Its location in Ottawa provides proximity to major aerospace hubs in Ontario and Quebec, enabling efficient logistics, client access, and workforce availability.
The Company’s operations will be structured into two complementary service streams. In Stream 1, the Company will perform light aircraft component assembly by receiving pre-fabricated parts from established aerospace suppliers and assembling them into finished sub-assemblies such as rudders, ailerons, flap track fairings, interior panels, and structural brackets. These sub-assemblies will be supplied to Canadian and U.S.-based aerospace manufacturers, including original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) and tier-1 suppliers.

To achieve this, the Company will leverage Mr. Baig’s more than 18 years of international heavy aircraft maintenance experience, including advanced structural and composite repair expertise, in combination with the qualifications and oversight of licensed Canadian Aircraft Maintenance Engineers. This integrated approach will ensure that all services are performed with technical accuracy, regulatory compliance, and industry best practices.
